How can I use Eigooo?

How much does the service cost?
We offer unlimited chatting plans from 2,470 yen per month! No need to worry about how many messages you send.
Supported Devices

What devices does Eigooo support?
Currently we support iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch running iOS 7.0 or higher, and Android. Please check the details on the relevant store.

Do you plan to support other devices in the future?
We plan to support Desktop PC in the future.

I bought a new device and can't chat anymore. What should I do?
We only support having the app on one device at a time so please remove the app from the old device and reinstall on the new one if needed.
Payment

How can I pay for the monthly plans?
We currently support two payment options:
1. Credit cards
2. iTunes in-app purchase
- You can also pay for the monthly plans using your iTunes account. You can do this from within the app. -
I purchased a message pack in the app but did not receive any additional messages. What should I do?
Please send an email to feedback@eigooo.com with your account details, such as the email you used to sign up with, and details of what you purchased.

Can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds at this time.

Cancelling a monthly plan
【1】 From the web site (iPhone, Android)
(1) Access https://www.eigooo.com/ from your web browser.
(2) Click Login at the top right and log in with your account details.
(3) Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ link.
(4) Click ‘Cancel Subscription’.
※ If you purchased your subscription using in-app purchase, it may be necessary to cancel payment from iOS settings. For details, please see Apple official support (https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT202039).

【2】 From within Eigooo application (iPhone)
(1) Start the Eigooo application and log in to your account.
(2) Tap the upper right cog mark on the menu screen.
(3) Tap ‘Manage Subscription’.
(4) Tap the ‘Manage Subscription’ link.
(5) Tap the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can chat as much as you want, with no appointment needed.
